Camp Ängra is run by Remy Hermans and Ilse Wapenaar. We are responsible for processing personal data through this website.

What data we process
When you contact us. If you email or call us, we process your name, email address, phone number and what you tell us, such as your preferred dates and the number of guests. We use this to answer your question and arrange your stay, either to prepare or carry out a booking, or because we have a legitimate interest in answering your question.
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider keeps technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you visit. This is needed for security and to fix problems. We do not use any analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies
We set one functional cookie: pll_language. It remembers which language you are viewing the website in and is kept for one year. This kind of cookie does not require consent. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. The Google Maps maps may set cookies from Google, see below.
Google Maps
The Contact and Practical information pages include a map from Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. As soon as such a page loads, your browser connects to Google. Google then receives your IP address and may set or read cookies, especially if you are signed in to a Google account. Google may also process this data outside the European Union, including in the United States.
We have no control over what Google does with this data. You can read more in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. If you click the coordinates or “Plan your route”, you go to the Google Maps website itself. If you prefer not to share data with Google, use the address or coordinates on the contact page.
Fonts
The fonts on this website are loaded from our own server. No data is sent to Google or any other party in the process.
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes data such as your IP address on our behalf. We do not sell your data and only share it with this service provider, or when the law requires us to.
How long we keep data
We keep emails and booking details for as long as needed for your question or your stay. Data we need for our accounts is kept for as long as the law requires, which in Sweden is seven years.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object to it, and have it transferred. To do so, email info@campangra.se. We will respond within one month.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, please let us know first. You can also complain to the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (www.imy.se), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy, for example when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
