Any questions?

Are there mosquitoes?

Sometimes in June and July, especially around sunset. Bring a good repellent. From August they quickly decrease.

When does it get dark?

Around midsummer, hardly at all. In August it gets properly dark again, and from September there's a chance of northern lights.

Can I fish in the river?

Yes, with a fishing licence. You can buy one online or arrange it with us.

Can I light a campfire?

Yes, at the shared fire pit, unless a national fire ban is in place during dry spells. We'll keep you informed.

Is the campsite suitable for young children?

Definitely. There's a large playing field and lots of space. Do take care by the river: the current is fast in places.
